Day 1: (Saturday) BOGOTÁ–MADRID

Departure from your home city, with Madrid as the final destination. Overnight on board.

Day 2: (Sunday) MADRID

Arrival at Madrid-Barajas Airport. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay. Rest of the day at leisure for personal activities.

Day 3: (Monday) MADRID - SAN SEBASTIÁN - LOURDES

Breakfast. Departure for San Sebastián, one of the most beautiful cities in Spain. Time to stroll through its historic district. Onward to the French Pyrenees region. Free time to watch the impressive Torchlight Procession (note: this event is not held on certain days) and visit the Holy Grotto, where, according to tradition, the Virgin Mary appeared to Bernadette. Overnight stay.

Day 4: (Tuesday) LOURDES - BLOIS - ORLÉANS

Breakfast. Departure through the beautiful countryside of France toward Blois, a historic city situated on the banks of the Loire River and one of the region’s most iconic sites, featuring its impressive Royal Castle. Free time. Overnight stay.

Day 5: (Wednesday) ORLEANS - PARIS

Breakfast. Departure for the French capital. Upon arrival, enjoy a panoramic tour of the City of Light, taking in the Champs-Élysées, the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower, Île de la Cité, and more. There will be a brief stop to visit the Miraculous Medal. The afternoon is free for personal activities. Overnight stay at the designated hotel.

Day 6: (Thursday) PARIS

Bed and breakfast. Free day to go on optional excursions and continue exploring this fascinating city.

Day 7: (Friday) PARIS - DIJON - ZURICH

Breakfast. Departure for Dijon, a city world-renowned for its famous mustard. You’ll have the chance to stroll through its medieval historic center, home to one of France’s oldest museums, the Museum of Fine Arts. We continue our journey to Zurich. Arrival and free time to explore this beautiful Swiss city. Optionally, you can take a guided tour, during which we will visit Bahnhofstrasse, Lindenhof Hill, the old sailors’ and fishermen’s quarter of Schippe, and Zurich’s oldest bridge, Rathaus-Brücke, where City Hall stands on the lakefront, etc. Accommodations.

Day 8: (Saturday) ZURICH - LUCERNE - VENICE

Breakfast, then departure for Lucerne, situated on the shores of Lake Lucerne, which has preserved its medieval charm in its buildings, squares, and narrow streets. Optionally, you can take an excursion to Mount Titlis: you’ll ride a cable car to the top of the snow-capped Swiss Alps, taking in the beautiful scenery, and enjoy the snow—a unique experience—along with the various attractions found there. At the scheduled time, travel to Venice, one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 9: (Sunday) VENICE - PADUA - FLORENCE

Breakfast. Morning dedicated to exploring Venice, the city of 118 islands. Transfer by vaporetto to St. Mark’s Square. Walking tour of St. Mark’s Square, the Doge’s Palace, the Bridge of Sighs, and more. Free time to explore the labyrinthine streets and canals on your own and admire the contrasts between the beautiful palaces along the Grand Canal and the small churches. We suggest you optionally round out your time with a gondola ride. At the scheduled time, departure for Padua, a city known for the Saint, with time to visit its cathedral. Continue on to Florence. Arrival and check-in at the designated hotel.

Day 10: (Monday) FLORENCE - ASSISI - ROME

Breakfast. Panoramic tour, including the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the Ponte Vecchio, and the Piazza della Signoria and Piazza Santa Croce—iconic landmarks of Florentine art and history. Free time to stroll around and enjoy the city’s atmosphere.

Continue on to Assisi, an interesting walled city. Visit its basilicas, including the tomb of St. Francis. The journey continues to Rome, the Eternal City. Upon arrival, there is an option to take an optional tour of Baroque Rome to explore the heart of the city, featuring such highlights as Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and more. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 11: (Tuesday) ROME

Breakfast. Free day, during which you have the option to take one of the most interesting tours in Italy: Capri and Naples-Pompeii, a full-day excursion to explore Naples, the quintessential Italian city; Capri, a picturesque Mediterranean island; and Pompeii, a magnificent and legendary Roman city. Overnight stay.

Day 12: (Wednesday) ROME (PAPAL AUDIENCE)

Breakfast and departure for Vatican City to attend the Holy Father’s audience (provided the Pope is in Rome). Next, a panoramic tour of the Imperial City, visiting the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, the Arch of Constantine, Piazza Venezia, and St. Peter’s Square in the Vatican City-State. The rest of the day is free to visit the famous Vatican Museums and Michelangelo’s masterpiece, the Sistine Chapel. Accommodations

Day 13: (Thursday) ROME - PISA - NICE

Breakfast. Departure for Pisa. Stop at Piazza dei Miracoli to admire the beautiful complex comprising the Cathedral, the Baptistery, and the famous Leaning Tower. Continue to Nice, the capital of the French Riviera. Overnight stay. We suggest enjoying the atmosphere of this cosmopolitan city or taking an optional excursion to Monaco, Monte Carlo, and its famous casino.

Day 14: (Friday) NICE - NÎMES - BARCELONA

Breakfast. We continue on to the city of Nîmes; free time for lunch, followed by a drive to the Spanish border through Provence along its magnificent highways. Arrival in Barcelona. Check-in. We suggest taking advantage of the many nightlife options the city has to offer.

Day 15: (Saturday) BARCELONA

Breakfast. In the morning, take a panoramic city tour with a local guide, including the city’s most iconic and picturesque sites. The afternoon is free to continue exploring this beautiful coastal city. Overnight stay.

Día 16º: (Domingo) BARCELONA - ZARAGOZA - MADRID

Desayuno. Breve panorámica de Barcelona en bus con guía acompañante. Recorrido entre otras por Plaza Cataluña, el elegante Paseo de Gracia, admirando la Casa Batlló y La Pedrera obras de Gaudi. Parada en la Sagrada Familia para apreciar sus fachadas. Plaza de España, frente a las Torres Venecianas y el Palacio Nacional. Salida hacia Zaragoza. Tiempo libre para poder visitar la Basílica de la Virgen del Pilar, patrona de la Hispanidad y recorrer su casco antiguo. Por la tarde, continuación a Madrid. Alojamiento.

Day 17: (Monday) MADRID

Breakfast. We’ll continue with a guided city tour led by a local guide, visiting Plaza de España, the Cibeles Fountain, Plaza de Oriente, Puerta de Alcalá, the University Campus, and more. Return to the hotel and overnight stay. In the afternoon, we suggest an optional visit to the imperial city of Toledo. Overnight stay.

Día 18º: (Martes) MADRID
