You’ll have the chance to stroll through its medieval historic center, home to one of France’s oldest museums, the Museum of Fine Arts. We continue our journey to Zurich. Arrival and free time to explore this beautiful Swiss city. Optionally, you can take a guided tour, during which we will visit Bahnhofstrasse, Lindenhof Hill, the old sailors’ and fishermen’s quarter of Schippe, and Zurich’s oldest bridge, Rathaus-Brücke, where City Hall stands on the lakefront, etc. Accommodations.

Day 8: (Saturday) ZURICH - LUCERNE - VENICE

Breakfast, then departure for Lucerne, situated on the shores of Lake Lucerne, which has preserved its medieval charm in its buildings, squares, and narrow streets. Optionally, you can take an excursion to Mount Titlis: you’ll ride a cable car to the top of the snow-capped Swiss Alps, taking in the beautiful scenery, and enjoy the snow—a unique experience—along with the various attractions found there. At the scheduled time, travel to Venice, one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 9: (Sunday) VENICE - PADUA - FLORENCE

Breakfast. Morning dedicated to exploring Venice, the city of 118 islands. Transfer by vaporetto to St. Mark’s Square. Walking tour of St. Mark’s Square, the Doge’s Palace, the Bridge of Sighs, and more. Free time to explore the labyrinthine streets and canals on your own and admire the contrasts between the beautiful palaces along the Grand Canal and the small churches. We suggest you optionally round out your time with a gondola ride. At the scheduled time, departure for Padua, a city known for the Saint, with time to visit its cathedral. Continue on to Florence. Arrival and check-in at the designated hotel.

Day 10: (Monday) FLORENCE - ASSISI - ROME

Breakfast. Panoramic tour, including the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the Ponte Vecchio, and the Piazza della Signoria and Piazza Santa Croce—iconic landmarks of Florentine art and history. Free time to stroll around and enjoy the city’s atmosphere.

Continue on to Assisi, an interesting walled city. Visit its basilicas, including the tomb of St. Francis. The journey continues to Rome, the Eternal City. Upon arrival, there is an option to take an optional tour of Baroque Rome to explore the heart of the city, featuring such highlights as Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and more. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

Breakfast and departure for Vatican City to attend the Holy Father’s audience (provided the Pope is in Rome). 5. Full payment is required 45 days prior to departure. 

6. For cancellations made between the day the deposit is paid—the day on which the airline tickets are issued—100% of the deposit will be charged.

7.RATE: Our programs are calculated based on the average exchange rate for the current year between the Colombian peso and the U.S. dollar and the euro; in the event of a significant upward fluctuation, the passenger will be responsible for covering the difference. 8.In the event of an increase in airfare rates and taxes—which is the airline’s policy—or in hotel taxes, fees, or government levies, even if a partial or full payment has already been made, the passenger must cover this difference in order for the service to be provided.
