It is the passenger's responsibility to verify entry requirements for each country. 

6.Tourist trips can only be made after 14 days from the last vaccination dose and according to the country's regulations, the QR code must be presented.

7.The loss of a flight will immediately generate the loss of all the flights involved under the same reservation (no-show). 

8.The optional visits or suggested tours whose value may be described in this program will be offered by our operator and must be purchased at the destination; however, if you decide to do some of these activities, we suggest to do it with the same operator and not with another one because the schedule described in the circuit may vary as described above. Viva Vacations will not be responsible for the services contracted with other companies that may affect the free development of the contracted circuit. 

9.The value of the itineraries has been calculated based on the diversity of currency exchange rates (dollars, euros, yuan, etc.), transportation rates, fuel costs and taxes applicable at the date of printing of our manuals or preparation of quotations. For this reason, prices may vary at any time due to the behavior of the different currencies. These variations in prices will be notified to the traveler or travel agency in writing or by any means, since these differences must be assumed by the traveler.

10.Taxes, fees and contributions that affect airfares, hotel rates and other services offered by Viva Vacations may be subject to change at any time by decision of the service providers involved in the itineraries or services offered. The values and rates presented in the quotations are subject to change, availability and realization of major events in the destinations. Hotel prices or values are subject to location, category, services and offers at the time of booking.

PAYMENT TERMS:

1.Rates are subject to change without notice.

2.Passengers' full names are required, exactly as they appear on their passports.

3. Initial deposit of $9,000,000 per person toward the total cost of the program. This deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your spot.

4. Monthly payments prorated based on the departure date.

5. Full payment is required 45 days prior to departure. 

6. For cancellations made between the day the deposit is paid—the day on which the airline tickets are issued—100% of the deposit will be charged.

7.RATE: Our programs are calculated based on the average exchange rate for the current year between the Colombian peso and the U.S. dollar and the euro; in the event of a significant upward fluctuation, the passenger will be responsible for covering the difference. Note*** These prices apply to cash or bank transfer payments. 

8.In the event of an increase in airfare rates and taxes—which is the airline’s policy—or in hotel taxes, fees, or government levies, even if a partial or full payment has already been made, the passenger must cover this difference in order for the service to be provided.

9.In the event of non-payment, Viva Vacations reserves the right to cancel the reservation without entitlement to a full or partial refund.

10.Monthly payments must be made via bank transfer to a Bancolombia checking account.

11.For payments made by credit or debit card, a 4% fee will be charged; for PSE, Nequi, and QR Bancolombia, a 2% fee will be charged

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. The order of the itinerary may be changed without prior notice depending on guide availability and monument closing days, provided that all scheduled visits are included.

2. For triple-occupancy bookings, please note that the third bed is either a sofa bed or a rollaway bed. Either option may be uncomfortable for an adult and can also limit the space in the room.

3. Additional PCR tests may be required at each destination; this decision is at the discretion of each government, and Viva Vacations has no influence over these measures

4. Missing a flight will immediately result in the cancellation of all flights included in the same reservation. (no-show)

5. In order to activate the cancellation insurance, once the deposit has been paid, assistance cards will be issued; these cards are non-refundable under any circumstances. If, as an exception, a refund is approved, the retail value of the cards will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be issued to the cardholder for their use.

6. At the Phuket Hotel - There are no complimentary amenities at the beach hotels

9.ECO VALLEY SANCTUARY CHANGE SUPPLEMENT - $45 per person:

We’ll head out to visit the elephant sanctuary, ECO VALLEY. We’ll spend the day getting to know these incredible animals up close, starting with a visit to the elephant cultural museum. Next, we’ll prepare their meal using herbs and fruits to create multivitamin balls, along with bananas and sugarcane. We’ll learn how to make paper from elephant dung. Finally, we’ll enjoy bathing them under a waterfall. We’ll end the day with a visit to the area where the giraffe women live. We’ll walk through the village where we can see the little houses they live in. Lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll climb the mountain to the famous Doi Suthep Temple, where we’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of Chiang Mai. Transfer to the hotel, free time, and overnight stay.

10. Flights must be scheduled as follows to ensure proper coordination with the established itinerary:

✓ Outbound flight: evening flight, departing at 9:35 p.m. and arriving at 1:10 p.m. + 1

✓ Return flight: in the afternoon, departing at 3:15 PM and arriving at 7:35 PM

11. Domestic flights must be booked separately and in accordance with the itinerary.
