1.Rates are subject to change without notice.

2.Passengers' full names are required, exactly as they appear on their passports.

3. Initial deposit: $3,000,000 per person. Non-refundable.

4. Monthly payments prorated based on the departure date.

5. Full payment is required 45 days prior to departure. 

6. For cancellations made between the date the deposit is paid and the date the airline tickets are issued, 100% of the deposit will be charged.

7.RATE: Our programs are calculated based on the average exchange rate for the current year between the Colombian peso and the U.S. dollar and the euro; in the event of a significant upward fluctuation, the passenger will be responsible for covering the difference. Note*** These prices apply to cash or bank transfer payments. 

8.In the event of an increase in airfare rates and taxes—which is the airline’s policy—or in hotel taxes, fees, or government levies, even if a partial or full payment has already been made, the passenger must cover this difference in order for the service to be provided.

9.In the event of non-payment, Viva Vacations reserves the right to cancel the reservation without entitlement to a full or partial refund.

10.Monthly payments must be made via bank transfer to a Bancolombia checking account.

11.For payments made by credit or debit card, a 4% fee will be charged; for PSE, Nequi, and QR Bancolombia, a 2% fee will be charged

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Rates per person based on room type. Rates are subject to change without notice; please check availability with our specialists.

2.Child rates apply when accompanied by 2 adults.

3.Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be changed in terms of route or date. They are valid only when traveling with the same airline. Fuel surcharges (Q fuel), VAT, and administrative fees are subject to change without prior notice, in accordance with the regulations of each country.

4.Name changes or corrections are permitted up to 35 days prior to the departure date in Colombia; once tickets have been issued, they are not permitted.

5.Viva Vacations is not responsible for the immigration status of individuals who purchase the advertised packages, nor does it provide advice on this matter. It is the passenger’s responsibility to consult with the Colombian immigration department regarding the requirements based on their immigration status, whether as a resident of Colombia or of another country. Viva Vacations recommends that passengers review travel restrictions, warnings, visas, permits, announcements, and advice issued by the government

Colombian before booking an international trip.

6. Allowable baggage: 1 carry-on bag weighing up to 10 kg.

7. If a passenger requires any special services, such as wheelchairs or special meals, the agency must notify Viva Vacations at least 45 days prior to the trip so that the request can be submitted to the airline; this may result in additional charges.

8. Viva Vacations is not responsible for any operational changes made by the airline.

9. If passengers change their confirmed flights on their own, they are responsible for all associated costs, including both ground transportation and airfare.

10. If, for any reason, the passenger is forced to interrupt the scheduled flight itinerary (due to an accident, an urgent need to return, illness, a requirement, etc.) and cannot take the flights on the exact dates specified; the unused portion of the ticket will be forfeited in its entirety; partial use of the ticket constitutes a change of itinerary for the airline, and the rule “no changes to date or route permitted” applies; therefore, no refund will be issued for such a change.

11.Once the ticket has been issued, if the passenger cancels their trip, they will not be eligible for a refund.

12. Viva Vacations Colombia S.A.S., in compliance with Law 679 of 2001, Law 1336 of 2009, Article 17 of Law 300 of 1996, and the provisions of the Colombian Penal Code, hereby warns all its customers that exploitation, sex tourism, pornography, and any form of sexual abuse against minors are crimes punishable by criminal and administrative penalties in Colombia.

13. Flights must be scheduled as follows to ensure proper coordination with the established itinerary:

✓ Outbound flight: evening flight, departing at 7:00 a.m. and arriving at 4:38 p.m.

✓ Return flight: in the afternoon, departing at 11:52 a.m. and arriving at 5:07 p.m.
