PAYMENT TERMS:

1.Rates are subject to change without notice.

2.Passengers' full names are required, exactly as they appear on their passports.

3. Initial deposit of $3,000,000 per person toward the total cost of the program. Non-refundable. For departures on April 6, 13, 27; May 4, 11, 25; June 1, 8, 22; July 6; October 19, 26; November 30; and December 14, a deposit of $4,000,000 per person is required toward the total cost of the program. Non-refundable. For departures on July 13, 20, August 3, 10, 24, and October 5, a deposit of $5,000,000 per person is required toward the total program cost. Non-refundable.

4. Monthly payments prorated based on the departure date.

5. Full payment is required 45 days prior to departure. 

6. For cancellations made between the date the deposit is paid and the date the airline tickets are issued, 100% of the deposit will be charged.

7.RATE: Our programs are calculated based on the average exchange rate for the current year between the Colombian peso and the U.S. dollar and the euro; in the event of a significant upward fluctuation, the passenger will be responsible for covering the difference. Note*** These prices apply to cash or bank transfer payments. 

8.In the event of an increase in airfare rates and taxes—which is the airline’s policy—or in hotel taxes, fees, or government levies, even if a partial or full payment has already been made, the passenger must cover this difference in order for the service to be provided.

9.In the event of non-payment, Viva Vacations reserves the right to cancel the reservation without entitlement to a full or partial refund.

10.Monthly payments must be made via bank transfer to a Bancolombia checking account.

11.For payments made by credit or debit card, a 4% fee will be charged; for PSE, Nequi, and QR Bancolombia, a 2% fee will be charged

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1.The order of the itinerary may be changed without prior notice depending on guide availability and monument closing days, provided that all scheduled visits are included.

2.Additional PCR tests may be required at each destination; this decision is at the discretion of each government, and Viva Vacations has no influence over these measures

3.Mandatory health insurance*

4.Missing a flight will immediately result in the cancellation of all flights included in the same reservation. (no-show)

5.In order to activate the cancellation insurance, once the deposit has been paid, assistance cards will be issued; these cards are non-refundable under any circumstances. If, as an exception, a refund is approved, the retail value of the cards will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be issued to the cardholder for their use.

6.Children ages 0–3 are subject to a surcharge * – Please inquire about the amount.

Effective October 12, 2025, the SES (Entry/Exit System) will come into effect in Europe, applying to all travelers from non-European Union countries, whether or not they hold a visa.

What Should I Know?

• No more passport stamps: everything will be 100% digital.

• Automatic recording of entries, exits, and days spent in the country (maximum 90 days within a 180-day period).

• Biometric data (fingerprints and photo) will be collected.

• Possible longer startup times.

• This process takes place only upon arrival in Europe.

• No forms need to be filled out or paperwork completed before the trip.

• Suggest allowing extra time at border crossings.

Through the SES, the European Union aims to strengthen security and streamline migration processes.



7.Flights must be scheduled as follows to ensure proper coordination with the established itinerary:

✓ Outbound flight: in the afternoon, departing at 8:15 p.m. and arriving at 1:00 p.m. + 1

✓ Return flight: in the afternoon, departing at 3:15 PM and arriving at 6:15 PM.
