PAYMENT TERMS:

1.Rates subject to change without prior notice.

2.Passengers' full names are required, as they appear on their passports.

3. Initial deposit of $9,000,000 per person on the total value of the program. Non-refundable, as this deposit guarantees your place.

4. Proportional monthly payments according to the departure date.

5. Full payment is required 45 days prior to departure. 

6. Cancellations between the day the deposit is made and the day the airline tickets are issued will incur a charge of 100% of the deposit.

7.RATES: Our programs are calculated at the average exchange rate for the current year between the Colombian peso and the US dollar and the euro; in the event of a significant upward fluctuation, this adjustment must be assumed by the passenger. Note*** These prices apply to payments made in cash or by bank transfer. 

8.In the event of an increase in airfare rates and taxes, which is the policy of the airline, and/or hotel taxes, fees, or government contributions, even if partial or full payment has been made, this difference must be paid by the passenger for the provision of the service.

9.In the event of non-payment, Viva Vacations reserves the right to cancel without entitlement to full or partial refunds.

10.Monthly payments must be made via bank transfer to a Bancolombia checking account.

11.For payments made by credit or debit card, a 4% fee will be charged, and for PSE, Nequi, and QR Bancolombia, a 2% fee will be charged.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1.Triple occupancy will be accommodated by adding an extra portable bed or sofa bed, as hotels do not usually have rooms with three beds.

2.The order of the itinerary may be changed without prior notice due to guide availability and monument closing days, always respecting the visits to be made.

3.Additional PCR tests may be required at each destination. This decision will be made by each government, and Viva Vacations has no influence over these measures.

4.Missing a flight will immediately result in the loss of all flights included in the same reservation. (no-show)

5.Second-class ticket on a fast train.

6.For the winter season, bring warm clothing such as jackets, hats, gloves, socks, underwear, and winter footwear.

7.Economy class airfare including one 20 kg bag + carry-on baggage (max. 8 kg / 22 x 17 x 9 inch).

10.The observation of the Northern Lights is a natural phenomenon subject to climatic, atmospheric, and solar activity conditions, and therefore cannot be guaranteed, regardless of the dates of the trip, itinerary, or duration of the program. The company assumes no responsibility for the non-observation of this phenomenon.

What Should I Know?

• Goodbye to passport stamps: everything will be 100% digital.

• Automatic registration of arrivals, departures, and days of stay (maximum 90 days in 180).

• Biometric data (fingerprints + photo) will be requested.

• Possible longer wait times when starting up the system.

• This process is only carried out upon arrival in Europe.

• No forms need to be filled out or prior arrangements made before traveling.

11.Los vuelos deberán programarse de la siguiente manera, a fin de garantizar la correcta coordinación con el itinerario establecido:
