Welcome to Japan! After your border and customs formalities, an assistant (usually Spanish speaking, but sometimes in English) will be waiting for you. Transfer by SHUTTLE BUS to your hotel. Free time at leisure. Lodging.

Día 5º: (Domingo) TOKIO

Por la mañana, haremos una larga visita, de aproximadamente cinco horas, ¡con nuestro guía por esta ciudad simplemente impresionante! Su actividad frenética, sus barrios vanguardistas conviven con zonas llenas de paz. Haremos una breve parada en el Templo Zojoji para fotografiar la imagen más hermosa de la Torre de Tokio. Destacan los cientos y cientos de Jizos, deidades talladas en piedra y consideradas guardianas de los niños, quienes se adornan con gorros de lana, baberos y molinos de viento. Luego nos dirigiremos al famoso cruce de Shibuya, que se dice que es el cruce más transitado del mundo. Iremos al Templo Meiji dedicado a los espíritus del Emperador Meiji y su esposa. Continuaremos con nuestro autobús por la elegante Avenida de Omotesando. Recorreremos la parte más bonita del Palacio Imperial y los jardines. Nos detendremos para visitar el famoso Puente Nijubashi. Cruzaremos el distrito de Akihabara, la “Ciudad Eléctrica”, el centro del Manga y Anime japonés; pasaremos por el Kokugikan, el estadio de Sumo, el deporte japonés. Terminaremos nuestra visita en Asakusa, visitando el Templo Sensoji y la famosa Calle Nakamise. Regreso al hotel.

18.30 hrs.- Nos encontramos con nuestro guía en la recepción del hotel, nos vamos en metro (billetes incluidos) a la zona de Shinjuku. A continuación, iremos dando un paseo hasta el restaurante para descubrir esta zona que cuenta con una animada vida nocturna. Cena incluida en restaurante local. Regreso al hotel nuevamente en metro acompañados por nuestro guía.

Día 6º: (Lunes) TOKIO - MONTE FUJI - KAWAGUCHIKO

We travel to the beautiful Mount Fuji area. Beautiful landscapes on our route. We know first the ARAKURAYAMA SENGEN PARK, with its beautiful pagodas, from here you get the best and most famous views of Mount Fuji. After that we continue to KAWAGUCHIKO, idyllic town of small houses, flowers and mountains next to its beautiful lake. Upon arrival we will visit the FUJI SENGEN SHRINE, in this magical place, among tall trees, traditionally began the path/pilgrimage to the mountain. We will give thanks at the sanctuary for being able to visit this place full of magic. Afterwards, we will take a boat ride on the Kawaguchiko Lake. Afterwards, we start the ascent to Mount Fuji by the road that leads us to the "fifth station", among spectacular forests and views we reach the height of 2305 meters.

 

Note: In winter, the route to Mount Fuji is often closed due to snow or other weather conditions; at that time we will reach the point where we are authorized. Return to Kawaguchiko, you will still have time to stroll along the lake. We stay in a Ryokan (traditional Japanese hotels), enjoy your ONSEN (public bath). Dinner included.

 

Note: At the Ryokan, some rooms are Japanese-style, tatami mat accommodations, and others are Western-style. On some occasions, accommodation may be provided in a western style hotel.

Día 7º: (Martes) KAWAGUCHIKO - IYASHI NO SATO NEMBA - TOYOTA - KIOTO

Por la mañana, siguiendo hermosa carretera que contornea lagos conocemos IYASHI NO SATO NENBA, este pequeño pueblo fue destruido por un ciclón en 1966, posteriormente fue recuperado como un museo al aire libre-pueblo tradicional de las montañas. Sus casas típicas se han transformado en tiendas de artesanías, restaurantes, museos tradicionales. Admiramos después LAS CATARATAS DE SHIRAITO, consideradas unas de las más hermosas de Japón, con su caída de agua de 20 metros. Seguimos posteriormente a la región de Nagoya, incluimos la entrada al MUSEO TOYOTA, un lugar imprescindible para los amantes de los automóviles. Continuación a KIOTO, llegada y alojamiento.

Day 8: (Wednesday) KIOTO.

We will spend the whole day in the city that was the capital of Japan from 794 to 1868 and was the seat of the Imperial Court. This city, during the Second World War, was the only major Japanese city that was not bombed, for this reason it retains its rich artistic heritage; in Kyoto was signed in 1997 the protocol that seeks to limit emissions of greenhouse gases. We will include a visit of the main points of the city. During the visit we will visit Arashiyama, we will see the Togetsukyo Bridge, which means "bridge that crosses the moon", from where you can admire a wonderful panorama. We will visit Tenryuji, one of the "five great Zen temples of Kyoto", a UNESCO World Heritage Site, then walk through its mystical bamboo forest. We will visit the wonderful Shinto shrine of Fushimi Inari; the Imperial Palace and the temple of Kinkakuji, "the golden pavilion" with its magnificent gardens (the order of the visited points can be modified).

After that some time before a walk in GION, the traditional district full of life and popular for its Geisha. Free time at leisure. Lodging.

Día 9º: (Jueves) KIOTO - TSUMAGO - MATSUMOTO - NAGANO

Entre hermosos paisajes rurales viajamos a TSUMAGO, pequeño pueblo de madera, uno de los más bonitos pueblos de Japón. Tiempo libre para pasear. Almuerzo incluido en restaurante local. Seguimos posteriormente hacia MATSUMOTO, ciudad turística en la que visitamos su impresionante castillo del siglo XVI, conocido como “el castillo de los cuervos”. Continuamos a NAGANO, alojamiento.

Día 10º: (Viernes) NAGANO -  PARQUE DE LOS MONOS - KUSATSU- IKAHO ONSEN

In NAGANO we will visit Zenko-ji, a place of pilgrimage where the first Buddhist image of Japan is located. We will include our travelers the Gomakuyo ceremony to attract luck. After that we enter the beautiful Japanese Alps between high mountains go to the monkey park of JIGOKUDANI, we will include lunch and walk among its forests with its rivers and hot springs where they reside and bathe colonies of Japanese macaques. Later, high mountain landscapes (we reach 2172 meters) beautiful, we pass by semi-active volcanoes. KUSATSU, attractive thermal city, its central square full of life. Later walk in the park of the city that houses Onsen in the open air.

Continuation to IKAHO, picturesque hot spring town, we will stroll through its old center with its staircase streets. We will stay in a RYOKAN, Japanese style hotel where we suggest enjoying its baths. Traditional Japanese dinner included.

 

NOTE: In autumn, depending on the abundance of fruits in the mountains, the movement of the monkeys is unpredictable. If the macaques do not come down to the park, the park may be closed. The visit to Kusatsu and the Yumoni show are cancelled, due to weather conditions, from November to April.

We continue to NIKKO, in this fantastic town we will visit the impressive temple of Nikko-Toshogu where the hall with the sound of the dragon stands out. We will also visit the mausoleum of Taiyuinbyo, in an impressive place full of peace. We will also take a walk along the river, in Kanmangafuchi, hundreds of Jizos are watching us! We will have some free time in the city center before leaving for TOKYO - Arrival in Tokyo around 6.30 pm. Overnight stay;
