Day 1: (Saturday) BOGOTA - MADRID/BARCELONA

Departure from your city of origin to Madrid or Barcelona. Overnight on board.

Day 2: (Sunday) MADRID/BARCELONA - ISTANBUL

Arrival in Madrid or Barcelona and then continue on to Istanbul. Reception by our staff and transfer to the hotel. Time for rest or personal activities. Lodging.

Day 3 : (Monday) ISTANBUL - KUZGUNCUK - ANKARA

Breakfast. Departure to the Asian part of Istanbul by the intercontinental bridge or ferry to reach Kuzguncuk known as the neighborhood of Turkish soap operas. Free time in this charming neighborhood, known for its traditional architecture, cultural diversity, excellent gastronomy and its location next to the Bosphorus. It offers a relaxed atmosphere and an authentic experience away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Continuation to Ankara passing through the mountains of Bolu. Arrival to the capital of the Republic and visit of the Mausoleum of Ataturk; founder of the Turkish Republic. Accommodation and dinner.

Day 4 (Tuesday) ANKARA - KAPADOKIA

Breakfast. Early departure to Cappadocia on the way we will contemplate the second largest lake in Turkey, the Salt Lake where we will make a stop to photograph this spectacular place. Continuation to the subway city of Özkonak or Saratli excavated by the first Christian communities after the visit. Arrival in the wonderful region of Cappadocia, a mixture of the vagaries of nature and human art. Before arriving at our hotel stop to contemplate the sunset from the viewpoint of fairy chimneys three beauties. Lodging and dinner.

Optional: In the evening you can participate in a folkloric dance show in a typical cave.

Day 5 (Wednesday) CAPADOCIA

Breakfast. We will start the day visiting the Göreme Open Air Museum, where we will admire the frescoed cave churches. We will make stops in the beautiful valleys of Avcilar, Güvercinlik and the Valley of Love, where we will witness an impressive lunar landscape and contemplate the most unique formations of the region. Then, we will continue our tour to Çavusin, a typical village of the region known for its houses of different cultures. We will make a brief stop in the Uçhisar Valley, from where you can enjoy the view of the ancient fortress carved into the rock. To finish, you will visit a typical Cappadocian jewelry and stone center and a carpet workshop to learn about their production. Overnight and dinner.

Optional: At dawn you will have the possibility to take a hot air balloon tour of Cappadocia. At sunset you can take a Jeep Safari, one of the highlights to explore the valleys of this magical region.

Day 6 (Thursday) CAPADOCIA - SULTANHANI - PAMUKKALE

Breakfast and departure to Sultanhani, a historic 13th century caravanserai (inn), which used to be used by traders on the Silk Road. We continue our journey through the province of Konya, known for being the home of the dancing dervishes. Late afternoon arrival in Pamukkale, known as the "Cotton Castle", a formation of white limestone waterfalls created by mineral springs. Overnight and dinner.

Day 7: (Friday) PAMUKKALE - EFESO - KUSADASI AREA

Breakfast and visit the wonderful white travertines of Pamukkale and the ruins of the nearby Greek city of Hierapolis, founded by the second king of Pergamon in 190 B.C. Drive to Ephesus which was the capital of Asia Minor in Roman times. Visit outstanding sites such as the Library of Celsus, the Theater and the Temple of Hadrian, etc. Next, we will head to the House of the Virgin Mary, considered the supposed last resting place of the mother of Jesus Christ. To end the day you will have an opportunity to witness a fashion show at a leather export center in the region. Lodging and dinner.

Optionally: At sunrise you will have the possibility to take a Pamukkale hot air balloon excursion.

Day 8: (Saturday) KUSADASI AREA - PATMOS (CRUISE)

Breakfast and in the morning, transfer to the port to board a cruise ship, where you will enjoy full board with limited beverages for the next few days. At the appointed time, we will set sail for the small island of Patmos, a place of pilgrimage, especially for Orthodox Christians. We will disembark by boat (weather conditions permitting). We recommend visiting the Monastery-Fortress of San Juan, the Library, the Archive and the Grotto of the Apocalypse. Or, if you wish, you can enjoy the beach. Return to the ship. Lodging and dinner.

Day 9: (Sunday) CRETE (HERAKLION) - SANTORINI (CRUISE)

Full board on board. Arrival at Crete Island at 07:00 am. Disembarkation in Heraklion, the capital of Crete, time to stroll in its streets. Optionally, we will visit the Minoan Palace of Knossos, one of the most important of the Minoan civilization. Return to the pier. Sailing to the beautiful island of Santorini. Disembarkation by speedboat (weather conditions permitting). Time to stroll through its narrow streets and enjoy the breathtaking views. At the indicated time, return to the ship. Lodging and dinner.

Day 10: (Monday) ATHENS - MYKONOS (CRUISE)

Full board on board. Arrival and disembarkation Athens. Panoramic tour that takes us through the most important areas of the city, such as the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the Parliament and the Panatinaikon Stadium, where the first Olympic Games of the modern era were held. Continuation to the Parthenon, a classic symbol of architecture built entirely in white marble in honor of the goddess Athena. Return to the pier. Boarding and trip to the famous island of Mykonos, known as the capital of fun par excellence. Time to stroll through its streets, enjoy its gastronomy and take pictures. At the indicated time, return to the ship. Lodging and dinner.

Day 11 : (Tuesday) KUSADASI - BURSA - ISTANBUL

After breakfast disembark in Kusadasi at 07:00 hrs. Departure to Bursa, the first capital of the Ottomans. Visit of the Green Mosque and the Green Mausoleum, as well as a walk through the Silk Bazaar. Then, we will continue to Istanbul crossing the Izmit Bay either by ferry or across the new bridge that connects both shores of the Sea of Marmara. Arrival at the hotel. Accommodation. "In case of not having a sufficient majority of passengers, the section between Kusadasi and Istanbul will be made by plane, in this case, the visit to Bursa will not be possible.

Day 12: (Wednesday) ISTANBUL

Breakfast. Early departure to start exploring the fascinating city of Istanbul. It unites two continents, Europe and Asia. During our tour, we will contemplate some of the historical and cultural jewels of this unique metropolis, such as the walls of Constantinople, the busy Yeni Cami square, and as we cross the Galata Bridge over the "Golden Horn", we will enjoy a panoramic view that will allow us to admire the imposing minarets of the mosques. Finally, we will dive into the vibrant neighborhood of Beyoglu, where we can feel the atmosphere of a modern metropolis with influences of classical European architecture amidst the gates of the Middle East. The rest of the day at leisure and we recommend considering optional excursions to make the most of your visit. Lodging.
